You can pay for our services by fee only. In these circumstances, a typical fee is 2% of the loan payable on completion. You can also pay a reduced fee and we will retain the procuration fee from the lender. A typical fee would then be £299. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up payments on a mortgage or any other debt secured against it.
