The advice we offer is impartial and unbiased. We are not tied to a particular product or lender for example like at a bank.

You can pay for our services by fee only. In these circumstances, a typical fee is 2% of the loan payable on completion. You can also pay a reduced fee and we will retain the procuration fee from the lender. A typical fee would then be £299. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

In general Buy to Let mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
